The siting rules, enforced

Corner lots on Oakley Road, no three of a base model in a row, and limits on how many neighbouring homes may share a model or an exact version. Every limit is adjustable.

No family gets stranded

Before a lot is offered, the app searches for a complete legal layout for everyone still to choose. Lots that would dead-end the draft are hatched out, with the reason on hover.

A record you can defend

Every pick, undo, rule change and round closure is written to an append-only log with the rules that were in force at that moment — exportable as CSV or straight into a Sheet.
